The first potato plant was actually planted in New Hampshire in 1719, and it later came to Idaho in 1836, but Idaho is known for the potatoes.
Idaho Has the Most Hot Springs in the Country
Idaho has about 340 geothermal hot springs and 130 of them are the perfect temperature to take a dip in. The Jerry Johnson Hot Springs sit right on the edge of Idaho’s rivers, so if you’re too hot while in them, then you can take a dive and cool off in the river.
